You won’t regret it.
As with any treatment, individual responses may vary. Most side effects from CoolSlimming 360° are mild, temporary, and resolve on their own within a few days or weeks. Below is a guide to what you might expect:
During the treatment:
A sensation of pulling, tugging, or mild pinching
Intense cold, tingling, stinging, aching, or cramping — these typically subside within the first 5–10 minutes as the area becomes numb
Immediately after treatment:
Redness and firmness in the treated area
Mild bruising or blanching (temporary whitening of the skin)
Tingling or stinging (similar to the feeling of cold toes warming up)
Within the first week post-treatment:
Redness, swelling, or bruising
Tenderness, aching, or cramping
Skin sensitivity, itching, tingling, or numbness (numbness may last several weeks in some cases)
Rare side effects and contraindications:
While side effects are generally mild, rare complications may occur. It’s also important to note that this treatment is not suitable for everyone. Individuals with conditions such as cryoglobulinaemia, cold agglutinin disease, or paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria should not undergo Cryolipolysis.
During your consultation, Katrina will take a full medical history and provide a detailed explanation of all potential risks and side effects, so you can make an informed decision with confidence.
Results vary for each individual based on factors such as treatment areas, number of sessions, and your body’s natural response. It’s important to understand that CoolSlimming 360° is not an immediate fix — results develop gradually over time.
Many clients begin to notice visible improvements as early as 3 weeks after treatment. As your body naturally eliminates the targeted fat cells, results continue to improve up to 12 weeks post-treatment.
Clinical studies have shown that Cryolipolysis can reduce the fat layer by up to 27% in treated areas, providing a significant and permanent reduction in stubborn fat.
During your consultation, Katrina will help set realistic expectations and design a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals.
